We are accepting "Expressions of Interest" for Understanding Shelf Life for Food Businesses Workshop.
Date marking food products is mandatory; however, understanding a product's qualities, attributes and how they change over time is key to satisfying customers and maintaining repeat business.
Making sure that products deliver what they promise, working out the mandatory date marking for projects and knowing when and why your product's quality has begun to change are critical questions which will be answered by the workshop.
